Post Jam Update 1

Changes (V0.1.1):

• Added a "Reduce gifts to give button".  Clicking on this reduces the amount of total gifts to make to 1 million.
• Added a End of game screen which displays after gifts remaining reaches 0.
• Redesign of the digging section of the game.
• Added a new 'Dirt Dug' counter in preparation of the ability to be able to sell dirt and make extra coins in a future version.

Known Bugs:

Animation of garbage entering machine not playing correctly.
